I’m from St. Cloud, MN, and now live in St. Michael.
How has your health journey brought you to where you are today?
Researching ways to help heal my kids has brought me to where I am today. I know I’m on a life-long journey of learning and reading more about natural health!

I homeschool my five kids, and together with my husband, we raise chickens and make maple syrup and honey on our farm.
